Analytics
The Analytics section gives you real-time insights into your AI agent’s performance — so you can track what’s working, spot gaps, and optimize impact.
- Total Conversations: Tracks the total number of user-initiated conversations during the selected time period. Each time someone starts a new interaction with the assistant, it counts as one conversation.
- Total Users: Shows the total number of distinct users who interacted with your agent during the selected time period — a key indicator of reach and adoption.
- Total AI Messages: Displays the total number of messages replied by your AI agent to your users during the selected time period, — a useful measure of engagement and conversation depth.
- Product Views: Counts how often users clicked to view product pages from within a conversation — showing interest and exploration prompted by Asa.
- Add to Cart: Tracks how many times users clicked Add to Cart directly from Asa’s responses — a strong signal of purchase intent driven by the assistant.
- Buy now clicks: Measures how many users clicked Buy Now through Asa — capturing direct, high-intent actions that move users toward checkout.
- Common Conversation Topics: Highlights recurring themes in user questions — helping you spot trends, popular topics, and areas where customers engage most with Asa.
- Most Used Knowledge Sources: Shows which content sources you uploaded Asa relies on most to answer user questions — helping you understand what’s driving responses and where users need the most info.
You can select a custom time frame (e.g. 7 days, 15 days, 1 month, 3 months) to analyze performance over a specific period — helping you spot trends and make smarter, data-driven decisions.
