Usage Report

The Usage Report section provides detailed insights into your AI assistant’s performance, helping you track, analyze, and optimize its efficiency with real-time metrics. Below are the key metrics available:

  • Total End Users: This metric shows the total number of unique users who have interacted with your assistant during the selected time frame. It provides a clear view of your assistant’s reach and adoption rate.
  • Total Messages: The total number of messages exchanged between your assistant and users is displayed here. It helps you understand the volume of interaction and engagement level with your assistant.
  • Total Conversations: This metric tracks the number of individual conversations started by users. A conversation is counted every time a user initiates a new interaction with the assistant.
  • Resolution Time: Resolution time indicates the average time taken to resolve a user query per conversation. This helps you gauge how efficiently your assistant is addressing user concerns and maintaining a quick response time. This metric represents the average duration of conversations, calculated as the total time between the first message and the last message across all conversations, divided by the total number of conversations within the selected time frame.
  • Repeated Inquiries Rate (Coming Soon): This upcoming metric will track the percentage of repeated inquiries compared to the previous month. It highlights areas where users may need more clarity or assistance, allowing you to reduce redundancy over time.
  • User Satisfaction Score: This score provides a weekly growth percentage, reflecting user sentiment and satisfaction based on their interactions with the assistant, the feedback they leave using quick reply buttons That helped 👍  or Talk to the team 👤 , and conversation’s resolution status. A high score indicates a positive user experience.
  • Common Inquiries Categorization: This section categorizes common user inquiries for better understanding of trends and popular topics your customers are having interaction with Asa about.

Note: We’re actively enhancing this categorization to help identify categories with high interaction volumes but insufficient knowledge coverage. This will allow you to pinpoint and address knowledge gaps effectively, ensuring your assistant is better equipped to handle user queries in these areas.

Customizing the Time Frame

You can select the desired time frame (e.g., 7 days, 15 days, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months…) to analyze data over a specific period. This allows you to track performance trends and make informed adjustments as needed.
