Notion Integration Guide (2 Steps ~ 1 minute)
Follow these steps to connect Asa to your Notion account using their recommended OAuth approach. This integration enables your Asa AI agent to access and utilize information stored in your Notion pages and databases.
Step 1: In your Asa dashboard, go to Add Content, navigate to the Integrations tab, and click Connect under Notion.
If you're not logged into Notion, you'll need to sign in via the Notion OAuth dialog. After logging in, click Select Pages to grant Asa access to the desired pages, now or in the future. Note that granting access doesn't automatically train Asa on your content—you'll choose specific content for training in the next step.

Step 2: In your Asa dashboard, a dialog will let you choose specific Notion pages for Asa to add and train on. Select the relevant pages and click Train to start training, which takes a minute or two based on the content volume. To verify the integration, navigate to Trained Content in the sidebar, then check the Integrations tab to see if the selected Notion pages are appearing and training as expected.

Note: Click the () icon next to “Connected” under Notion to choose another notion pages (that you’ve allowed access to ) or to retrain an update page
- When integrating with a Notion account that’s on a paid plan, make sure you have admin access to provide all necessary permissions for the integration to be successful.
- Make sure to retrain a notion page using (
) for Notion after you’re done adding/updating your sources.
