Google Drive Integration Guide (2 Steps ~ 1 minute)

Connect your Google Drive to Asa so your agent can learn from selected documents. This makes it easy to train Asa using company docs, policies, or reference material stored in your Drive.

Step 1: Connect Google Drive

  • In your Asa dashboard, go to Add Content, open the Integrations tab, and click Connect under Google Drive.
  • A Google sign-in window will appear — log in with the account that has access to the files you want to use.
  • Allow Asa to access your Google Drive when prompted.

This allows Asa to show you a list of files you can choose from — nothing is accessed until you select specific files.

Step 2: Select Files from Drive

  • After signing in, a Google Drive file picker will appear.
  • Browse or search for the files you want Asa to learn from — you can select one or more.
  • Click Select to finish.

Once selected, Asa will upload the files, process them, and begin training. You can track progress under Manage Content.

Notes

  • Asa only accesses the specific files you select — no other Drive content is touched.
  • Supported file types include PDF, DOCX, TXT (up to 50 MB per file).
